This site and the content provided in this site, may not be used, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted to reproduce and benefit a similar concept web site.

3. BOOKING CONFIRMATION. Upon confirming a reservation, you agree to pay a deposit of 10% of the total value of your booking. You will be responsible to the accommodation provider for payment of the balance of the accommodation cost.

4. DEPOSITS. Deposits are refundable provided the cancellations criteria of the individual hotel are met.

5. SECURITY OF PAYMENT. Your credit card details, name, address, and telephone number are protected by powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology as it travels through the internet. HolidaysPlan.com is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.

6. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU. The descriptions of hotels as published on holidaysplan.com are supplied by the hotels. holidaysplan.com - Kavouras Travel S.A. does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions. For this reason the hotels remain responsible for the correctness of this information. Sometimes hoteliers may withdraw a facility temporarily or otherwise. This is beyond our control and we cannot accept liability. We can therefore not guarantee that all the information is faultless, nor can we be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the supplied information.
